In his various roles as a leader of Medical groups he has had opportunity to work closely with physicians and providers with a keen understanding of the challenges faced serving patients in our current regulatory, financial, and business environment.   In these activities, Dr. Riveland has extensive experience in organizational structure, physician culture and conflict resolution.
